Our Transaction Processing & Cash Oversight team is taking interest from Supervisor and Senior Representative level candidates to join our Dublin office.
Supervisor
The successful candidate will be filling a critical oversight role within the TA Transaction Processing & Cash Oversight team, ensuring that all Transaction and Cash Processing tasks undertaken outside of Ireland are done in a controlled and efficient manner while maintaining high client satisfaction. The role is at Supervisor level so the successful candidate will need to have good knowledge of TA roles and responsibilities, with preference for someone currently experienced in a Transfer Agency role, who is an ambitious team player looking to get a foothold onto a managerial career .
Responsibilities:
1. Oversight of Transaction Processing / Enquiries
1. Ensure strong oversight of Transaction Processing and Cash Processing Teams globally.
2. Continually collaborate with Transaction Processing and Cash Processing colleagues globally to ensure most efficient and aligned processes are followed.
3. Ensure all enquiries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner
4. Review and discuss with the Team Leader and Manager any issues that require escalation
5. Handle special processing situations that require strong oversight or manual intervention
6. Establish a rota, in conjunction with the various cut off times and skill set of the team, to cover all daily, weekly, ad hoc tasks
7. Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to on a daily basis and have this evidenced
8. Review and reorganize together with the Transaction Processing Manager and peers functional tasks that achieve maximum efficiency and reduce operational risk
9. Efficient management of daily controls to ensure that at all times accuracy standards and deadlines are met.
10. Keep Errors and Omissions at a strict minimum at all times
11. Oversee the accurate preparation of any sample files required for internal or external audits or any mailings required for internal or external vendor
2. Client Service
12. Establish, together with the Manager service standards and procedures for the department
13. Remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives (attend to presentations, work sessions & personal effort) and educate clients continually through presentations
14. Establish effective internal (BBH)
15. Actively participate and work with the Investor Relations Managers /Client Service Managers, other key stakeholders in the launch of any incremental business such as new funds or share classes
16. Work with Senior Management and Risk to manage controls efficiently to alleviate any potential risk areas
17. (general and technical)
Knowledge and skills
18. Candidate should have at least 3 years Funds Industry experience, preferably within TA or have strong transferable skills.
19. Experience in planning, initiating, and following through to meet objectives
20. Ability to coordinate across departments/functions when needed to handle specific client requests
21. Ability to identify, recommend and implement improvements to existing processes
22. Attention to detail and proven ability to handle complexity
23. Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
24. Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
25. Proven ability to adapt to change and problem solving
Senior Representative
The Senior Transfer Agency (TA) Representative will be responsible for the oversight of Transaction Processing and Cash for the funds for which BBH acts as Registrar. Specific responsibilities include the ability to perform oversight of Transfer Agency Transaction Processing and Cash Processing functions in a controlled and efficient manner while maintaining high client satisfaction. The role will involve working closely with, and providing support to, their supervisor to ensure the team operates efficiently and that deadlines are met. This will require initiative and attention to detail as well as the ability to gain commitment among fellow team members.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications
37. Minimum 1 year experience working in Transfer Agency
38. Experience in planning, initiating and following through to meet objectives
