Our client is a building and civils contractor working on projects in Limerick.
Duties will include:
1. Responsibility for delivery of the projects technical requirements
2. Setting out the building structure
3. Ongoing liaison with the Design team and Subcontractors
4. Responsibility for managing subcontractors technical performance
5. Ensuring all site quality testing and validation is carried out and recorded
6. Overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards, BCAR etc.
Requirements
1. A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
2. 2+ years relevant site engineering experience
3. Experience in setting out, using GPS systems, Total Stations, and proficiency with AutoCad software.
4. General day to day running of paperwork on a site, Method Statements, Risk Assessments preparation etc.
5. Excellent communication and planning skills and be IT literate, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
6. Clean Driving license
