You will analyze conversion metrics, implement data-driven strategies, and improve landing page performance to ensure effective user onboarding. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll enhance the overall user experience and consistently meet growth objectives.You will be working on:CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.You will:Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as AdRoll, Snapchat, Google, Meta, and Ahrefs to drive new user acquisition.Ensure accurate tracking and analysis of conversion metrics, providing consistent weekly reports that demonstrate progressive growth toward established objectives.Manage and test multiple landing pages in various languages and styles to maximize conversion rates, ensuring new users are directed to the appropriate pages.Coordinate with Trackier to ensure correct implementation and functionality, guaranteeing precise conversion tracking and data accuracy.Assess the UX flow for new users landing on the website, identifying inefficiencies, analyzing drop-off rates, and implementing strategies to enhance conversion rates.You will excel in this role if you possess:Minimum of 3 years of user acquisition experience, with demonstrable experience in crypto, e-commerce/dropshipping, and social gaming industries.Proven experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including AdRoll, Snapchat, Google, Meta, and Ahrefs.Strong ability to analyze data, interpret conversion metrics, and generate actionable insights to improve user acquisition strategies.Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of user behavior and campaign performance.Knowledge of user experience principles to evaluate and enhance the onboarding process for new users, aiming to reduce drop-off rates and increase conversions.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing objectives.Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners, ensuring cohesive execution of user acquisition strategies.
