A fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator or HR Officer to take the next step in their HR career, joining a fast-paced and expanding HR team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide HR advice to all Managers, supervisors and employees
* Conduct investigation/disciplinary and grievance meetings
* Prepare letters and documents in relation to case work
* Ensure all HR records are updated and maintained
* Create and provide HR data analysis and reporting
* Coordinate internal and external training
* Support absence management
* Support performance management initiatives
* Lead and drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes
* Check weekly payroll runs
Requirements:
* 3rd Level Degree in a relevant discipline (CIPD or working towards)
* Minimum of 1-2 years HR Administration experience
* Full UK driving license
* Experience of supporting recruitment campaigns
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent IT skills, accuracy and attention to detail
