A busy Med Neg Litigation practice is seeking a dedicated and efficient Legal Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our solicitors and support staff, managing a varied and interesting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception duties, answering phones for Dublin office and sometimes Carlow office, greeting clients and making them feel at ease before their appointments.
2. Organize Post and DX both incoming and outgoing. Upkeep of medical record log book.
3. Perform general administrative tasks such as digital Dictaphone typing when required.
4. Maintain Legal Statue list.
5. Hospitality for clients and prepare boardroom for meetings and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
2. Knowledge of case management software Practice Evolve a distinct advantage.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.
4. Proficient in typing with a strong command of spoken and written English.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Training:
In-office training will be provided on the Case Management System and other relevant aspects of the role.
