Position Summary
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations in a busy retail store. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for coffee and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management:
o Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
o Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
o Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure optimal stock levels.
2. Team Leadership:
o Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
o Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing support and development for team members.
3. Customer Service:
o Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
o Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance their experience.
o Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Financial Management:
o Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
o Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management.
o Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and drive sales.
5. Marketing and Community Engagement:
o Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
o Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
o Manage social media presence and other marketing channels to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in using management software and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €39,000.00-€43,000.00 per year
