Hotel Talent seeks a Food & Beverage Manager
To lead the Food & Beverage Operation in a 4* Hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times to maximize revenue.
* Oversee restaurants and manage multiple outlets in hotels with extensive knowledge and experience.
* Create a professional, innovative, and inclusive department that works closely with the team to provide a seamless experience.
* Knowledge of menu composition, wine engineering, and beverage sales strategies.
* Ability to effectively manage labor costs, forecast revenues, and analyze financial data.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a passion for food, wine, and customer service.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Manager from a 4* property with Irish experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus within the team.
