The Role
* Lead the day-to-day operations of catering services, working 5 days out of 7.
* Report on monthly and annual Profit & Loss statements within the unit.
* Develop each area of the operation in line with customer expectations and agreed development plans.
Create an environment that fosters motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and exceptional service delivery. Ensure compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures by training, supervising, and performing hands-on management. Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and security of all catering and financial management information systems and records.
Requirements
* Eligibility to work in EU/EEA.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Good communication skills (written and verbal).
* Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
* Basic statutory training for the role requires candidates to possess basic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills for understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers.
