HR Performance and Compensation & Benefits Analyst
Our client, a well-known semi-state organisation, is currently seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst. This is a really exciting time to join the business as they are going through a huge transformation. This role will provide great exposure and opportunities focusing on HR policy and strategy implementation while partnering with senior HR leadership. This role requires an immediate start based in Cork and offers hybrid working. Advanced Excel and PowerBI are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the organisation's performance management system, offering user guidance.
* Coordinate the full performance management process for specific employee groups.
* Create and maintain reports to track progress within the performance management cycle.
* Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to performance management processes.
* Develop and update performance management documents and training materials.
* Work with support teams to resolve system or user issues, escalating when needed.
* Collaborate with HR, People Experience, and IT to enhance the performance management system.
* Serve as a key contact for performance management system-related issues between relevant teams and support.
* Help facilitate the use of tools and methods to support all stages of the performance management cycle.
* Coordinate communication about the performance management process across the organization to ensure adherence and timely completion.
* Utilise data visualisation tools like Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards that communicate performance management data effectively to stakeholders.
* Employ advanced Excel skills and data analysis techniques to manipulate, interpret, and present performance management data, supporting evidence-based decision-making and identifying trends.
Experience/Requirements
* Relevant third level qualification and or accreditation is desirable and or relevant experience.
* A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills in line with reporting and data analysis requirements.
* Proficiency in Power BI is essential.
* Highly motivated individual, working to the highest professional standards and with proven ability to deliver results at a senior level.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify and analyse problems.
* Excellent system knowledge.
Remuneration Package
€50,000 - €60,000 plus benefits
