We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This is a key role in supporting the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will assist in a variety of core accounting tasks, from bank reconciliations to supporting month-end close. Location: City West, Dublin 24 (Hybrid). Contract Type: Permanent. Reporting To: Financial Controller. Key Responsibilities: Perform bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts. Process supplier invoices accurately and timely. Conduct creditor reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies. Review employee expenses, ensuring appropriate documentation is provided. Assist with various Revenue returns. Support the finance team during month-end close and the annual audit process. Communicate effectively with suppliers as necessary. Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the finance department. Experience and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in an accounts assistant role. Accounting Technician qualification is advantageous. Proficiency in using Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
