We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Reception Supervisor to support our Front Office Manager in the daily operations of the department, ensuring seamless guest experience and staff training and development.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the department.
* Ensuring excellent customer service and a seamless guest experience.
* Providing guidance and training to front office staff.
* Coordinating and implementing procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Reception Supervisor in a 4 or 5-star property is essential.
* Strong Microsoft/Computer proficiency.
* A warm and open individual who displays a polite and professional attitude at all times.
* An excellent team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Flexibility to work shift patterns, including mornings, late afternoons, and weekends.
