About the Role
We're looking for experienced professionals to act as 'Cloud Ambassadors,' arming our customers with tools and tactics to succeed with AWS. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll work with leading engineers worldwide, leveraging your expertise in cloud computing, application architectures, and integration approaches.
Key Responsibilities
* Learn and use groundbreaking technologies like Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
* Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions for customers.
* Partner with internal teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues.
* Drive customer communication during critical events.
* Develop and publish tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles for the developer community.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2-4 years of relevant experience.
* System administration experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) and/or Microsoft Windows Server.
* Networking knowledge, including DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, DHCP, and Load Balancing.
* Programming/scripting experience in languages like Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby, and PHP.
