Team members are based in our offices in Belfast, Dublin and London.Our Transaction Risk team delivers governance, risk management and controls related solutions to a broad range of clients, including corporate clients and private equity firms undertaking or preparing for large scale transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (“IPOs”), Integrations and Separations.The OpportunityThe Senior Manager is client-facing and holds the primary day-to-day relationship with the client, taking accountability and responsibility for the seamless end-to-end client experience and proactive oversight and coordination of service delivery and client relationship management.To be effective, the Senior Manager gains insight into the client’s business, is able to identify the key business drivers and potential transaction-related risks (financial and non-financial).The Senior Manager ensures that deliverables are received by the client on time and to the expected quality.
