Working cross-functionally to document requirements, build RFPs, negotiations for renewals/new agreement & identify savings opportunities Handling sourcing process, ensuring that it aligns with policies Work with various cross functional teams to develop requirements for a commercial approach Work closely with Legal counsel, Contract Mgr., Tax & SMEs to establish new/renewal of agreements with Suppliers Working in an agile way, switching between categories with a large supply base to meet business demands Perform analyses of financial & business data assessments related to sourcing operation Identifying & evaluating the potential suppliers, core competencies using industry cost models, RFx development & execution, proposal evaluation, total cost of ownership, & supplier selection recommendation Develop, manage & lead cross-functional teams, running strategic sourcing processes, contract negotiation & admin including utilising sourcing systems, supervising supplier performance, analysing financial data, business planning, administration, & analysis Lead negotiations on contract terms with suppliers at Senior Mgt.
