This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position based in Cork. The role requires a skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our team and provide technical and commercial support while resolving issues, driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver accurate and prompt technical and commercial support to existing and prospective customers in the Irish and UK markets.

* Assist and advise customers on resolving technical issues and queries related to the product range and its applications, ensuring solutions are precise, up-to-date, and effective.

* Take ownership of personal, departmental, and company KPIs, driving performance and continuous improvement.
">
* Meet deadlines and contribute to achieving team and departmental goals and targets.
">
* Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9000 Quality Standards and Health & Safety procedures.

* Perform additional duties as assigned by company management to support business objectives.

* Any ad-hoc duties as they arise.

Requirements:
">

* Proven experience in a technical sales role, ideally in Process, Mechanical, or Instrumentation fields.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations, clear reports, and effective verbal communication.

* Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and supply chain partners.
">
* Proficient in administration and IT, including hands-on experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
">
* Skilfully identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to achieve high levels of satisfaction.

* Reliable, dedicated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex tasks and challenges.

Salary: Estimated salary €60,000 - €80,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
