Job Overview
The Personal Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the head of the organisation and the executive team operate smoothly. This individual will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, working independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is a confident multitasker with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to the head of the organisation and the senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
* Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communications and ensuring timely follow-ups.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
* Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and taking minutes.
* Manage special projects and tasks as directed by executives.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Proactively anticipate executives' needs and streamline workflows.
* Build relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate seamless operations.
Qualifications
* 6+ years of experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role is essential.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
* Familiarity with financial or investment industry terminology is a plus.
* This role will require some 5 days onsite.
