About Your New Role
This company is seeking a Drylining Contracts Coordinator to join their team in Ireland. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage drylining contracts effectively, ensuring materials meet specifications, analysing contracts, sourcing materials, and overseeing project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure drywall systems (such as partitions, acoustic ratings, fire performance, and grid ceilings) comply with the job criteria and relevant standards.
* Review contracts in detail and prepare technical submittals for client or regulatory approval, ensuring that all details meet project requirements.
* Source drywall materials from suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing without compromising on quality or compliance with standards.
* Oversee the ordering of materials and track deliveries to ensure the timely supply of required resources for ongoing projects.
* Verify invoices from suppliers and chase credit notes where necessary.
* Manage and maintain the construction sign-off sheets for project completion to ensure all aspects of the project are formally signed off and compliant.
What Skills You Need
* Ideally you will come from a trade background with the technical knowledge and experience.
* Practical drylining experience within the Ireland construction industry is essential.
* Strong ability to analyse technical aspects of drywall systems, ensuring compliance with job criteria.
* Proficient in procurement processes, tracking orders, and managing invoices and deliveries.
* Strong organisational skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic construction environment.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to organise and manage various aspects of the contract process efficiently.
* Excellent communicator, able to effectively liaise with suppliers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
