Corporate Governance/Legal Administrator
Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a background in administration or junior-level legal work? This opportunity offers a dynamic role supporting a leading Governance and Consulting Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage requests from multiple team members and senior staff.
* Handle various administrative tasks, such as document scanning, archiving, shredding, and courier bookings.
* Provide support for all printing requirements and assist with document comparisons.
* Assist with meeting preparation, including booking rooms, organizing catering, IT setup, guest arrangements, and parking.
* Submit and process expense claims.
* Maintain and update the marketing database with client information.
* Perform billing-related tasks including account refunds, pay requisitions, WIP reports, client and matter management.
* Organize and manage minute books by filing, creating, scanning, and updating records.
* File physical forms and other documentation as needed.
* Download and manage data from online sources.
* Provide support for other general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
* Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative or junior legal/company secretarial role.
* Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
* Organization: Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
