What You'll Do: Leverage insights from Legal, Government Affairs, and Trust & Safety teams to identify, propose, and implement updates and improvements to existing workflows and tooling.Support Trust & Safety's production of transparency reports, including setting project timelines and priorities, working with cross-functional stakeholders to track dependencies and facilitating cross-functional review and feedback.Conduct objective and timely investigations into legal requests.Who You Are: BA/BS degree or similar experience required.A minimum of 2 years experience in a role supporting content moderation and safety issues.Passionate about building a safe space for our users and creators; has a strong understanding of the online safety landscape, especially issues related to privacy and free-expression.Strong project management skills; proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously across time zones.
