Senior HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our leadership team as a Senior HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be looking to take on a lead and senior level role.
The company, a major player in the engineering, construction, and facilities sector, is expanding its leadership team and has engaged with us to fill this newly created Senior HR Manager role in their Co. Tipperary HQ.
The Role:
As a key member of the leadership team and reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will cover a range of HR duties including employee engagement, HR process design and delivery, recruitment, training and development programmes, compensation and benefits benchmarking, HR budget management, and driving HR change throughout the group.
Your Skills and Experience:
* A 3rd-level degree in HR, business studies, or a related discipline is preferred.
* 4-5+ years of experience in a HR Manager or senior HR generalist role.
* Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction is an advantage but not essential.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft applications, including Excel.
* Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and project management skills.

This role will be fully office-based.
