Accommodation Manager - Luxury Hotel Wexford €45K
We are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Manager for our client. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4* / 5* property.
In this property, the Accommodation Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards and lead the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be driven and have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and good project management abilities.
Responsibilities:
* Managing, scheduling, and developing a large dedicated team, maintaining excellent housekeeping standards around the property including rooms and public areas.
* Must have experience in managing payroll and budgets, training and development.
* Monitor standard of work, ensuring the highest quality.
* Delegate the rooms to the accommodation/housekeeping employees.
* Develop employees to be ready for the next step in their careers.
* Ensure compliance with all H&S regulations both internally and externally.
* Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel including the conference suite and leisure facilities.
* Liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.
