Our multinational client in Dublin city centre is seeking an HR Advisor, focused on HR Data Management, for a 12 month maternity leave contract. The role’s responsibilities include auditing data, driving process improvements, and mentoring junior staff. The position offers hybrid working, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate and deliver documentation requests from legal partners.
2. Collaborate with Recruitment and Payroll teams on case management and support with data requests.
3. Conduct audits of employee data in Workday.
4. Support HR reporting, templates, dashboards, and metrics.
5. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, related to HR.
6. Assist in training and onboarding new HR Data Specialists.
7. Mentor junior team members and act as a point of contact in the manager’s absence.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. 3 years of experience in Human Resources, handling complex employee inquiries and providing resolutions.
2. Experience resolving data issues within an HRIS, with Workday experience preferred.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent time management and task prioritization, with the ability to meet deadlines.
5. Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
6. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
7. Experience in a centralized HR department or shared services organization.
8. Familiarity with case management systems and Workday.
