Division: Information Technology (12 month rotations within specified department)

The EMBARK Programme offers a unique opportunity for five individuals to be part of a dynamic and professional organisation and to work within key areas of their specified discipline in Ireland.
This is a three-year programme with successful participants rotating on a 12-month basis within their dedicated department ensuring you get full exposure to all key areas of that division.
You will gain first-hand experience within key areas including Helpdesk, System Admin, Networks, and Cyber Security.
Some responsibilities you may undertake include but are not limited to:
* Support the helpdesk team with 1st line tech support and gain insights into key projects such as systems and hardware updates.
* Assist the work of monitoring and supporting IDA's global network.
* Configuration and management of servers.
* Support with risk assessments for new projects, technologies, vendors, and services.
* Help research and monitor the environment for potential risks.
* Gain an understanding of our Salesforce setup.
* Generate and maintain reports and dashboards based on business needs.
* Perform testing of system enhancements within the test environment and other quality assurance tasks.
* Assist in the successful rollout of new technologies, including change management initiatives and communication plans.
Your salary will be €30,260 per annum with annual increments of €2078.
You must have graduated from College/University with a minimum of a Level NFQI Level 8 2.2 Degree in the past 2 years; degrees or equivalent from other countries accepted.
You must also have a degree disciplines relating to IT (e.g. computer science, computer engineering, analytics, etc.) and/or similar.
