Key Responsibilities:
* Providing professional administrative and secretarial support to healthcare professionals
* Managing patient files and records with confidentiality
* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Handling phone and email queries in a courteous and efficient manner
* Preparing medical correspondence and documents
* Processing referrals and liaising with other healthcare providers
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar role
* Excellent typing and IT skills (e.g., MS Office, practice management systems)
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Professional communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology is a strong advantage
