The Role: IT Field Service Engineer (South, Galway) Your responsibilities: Installation and setting up a variety of IT hardware and software solutions at client sites, ensuring systems are configured to meet technical specifications. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and high service levels. Maintenance & Support: Providingtechnical support and routine maintenance, ensuring systems remain optimized and up-to-date. Documentation: Accurately documenting installation procedures, system configurations, and any modifications for future reference and quality assurance. Must have's: 1 years experience or New graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Computing & Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering or Data Analytics. A clean full Irish driving license Excellent communication skills Nice to have's: Experience in Retail or Hospitality Your Technical Expertise: Demonstrable experience in IT systems installation, including hardware setups, configurations, and system integration. Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to troubleshooting with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
