Job Description:
A disability centre in Limerick has an opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager.
Essential:
1. Up to date NMBI Registration
2. A completed Management Course or to be completed within three months.
3. Full, clean driving license for manual vehicles
4. Five years experience as an RNID and/or CNM1 experience.
5. Experience of supporting people with complex health needs, autism and behaviors of concern
6. Completed mandatory training.
7. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work on own initiative
8. Proven managerial, organisational and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work effectively with families and the wider MDT
10. Detailed knowledge of HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007 and ability to maintain compliance with HIQA.
11. Detailed knowledge of rostering and managing the rostering arrangements and leave planning for staff.

1. To adopt a holistic and person-centred approach to the role to ensure people are supported to live their best lives.
