Supply Chain Planner
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team on a 12-month contract basis in Sligo, Ireland.
The role is a hybrid arrangement, with 4 days spent onsite and 1 day working remotely.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for managing the demand and supply planning for a defined product group. Your goal will be to ensure the availability of quality products at the right time, place, and quantity.
You will work closely with various teams, including Project Management, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial, to manage demand for new and ramp-up/down products.
In addition, you will communicate with global affiliates regarding product availability, reservations, and special requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demand & Supply Planning: Ensure the availability of quality products in the right time, place, and quantity for a defined product group.
* Financial and Inventory Management: Manage financial aspects and inventory for products under your remit.
* Manufacturing Site Supply Plan: Develop and execute the supply plan for the manufacturing site.
* New Product Integration: Collaborate with Project Management, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial teams to manage demand for new and ramp-up/down products.
* Global Affiliate Support: Communicate with global affiliates regarding product availability, reservations, and special requests.
* Order Management: Coordinate with manufacturing sites to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Reporting: Generate and maintain monthly/weekly reports and required KPIs.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement system and process improvements.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification, preferably a degree, and/or APICs or IIPMM qualification.
* Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, ideally in a regulated sector.
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
