Part-Time PA & Office Manager required for Corporate Finance Org in D2 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and professional individual to join a global corporate finance co as a PA / Office Manager. This role offers a unique blend of administrative and managerial responsibilities, supporting senior management and ensuring smooth office operations. The role is a part -time maternity leave fixed term contract. Initially 3 full days (Mond-Wed) & 4 days (Mon-Thu for July & Aug) Key Responsibilities General PA duties for the Senior Managing Director, including call screening and diary management. Preparation and editing of PowerPoint presentations. Office management, including liaising with the Landlord Management Company and coordinating office services. Vendor relationship management and adherence to company policies. Coordinating travel and meeting arrangements for the team. Assisting the Head of Finance with invoicing and payments. Processing of Travel & Expenses for the team using the Workday System. Key Skills and Requirements Professional Presentation: Well-presented with a professional manner. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Education: Degree qualification is preferable. Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines with strong attention to detail. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and time management skills are crucial. IT Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with excellent IT skills. Flexibility: Flexibility with working hours to meet business needs, including availability to answer emails out of office hours.
