The Role As a Site Reliability Lead, youll work closely with the Strategic Operations Manager to oversee critical operational processes, focusing on inbound and outbound performance, team training and development, site upkeep, and customer satisfaction. Youll be the linchpin for ensuring operational goals are consistently met and improved upon. This is a full-time position of 39hours per week. Location: 26-28 Lombard St E, Dublin, D02 TD77, Ireland Key Responsibilities Inbound Operations Putaway Accuracy: Achieve and maintain 100% accuracy in putaway operations. Lead and train teams to handle incoming stock with precision, conducting regular spot checks on stock locations. Consumables Stock Levels: Ensure 0% out-of-stock items for consumables through proactive spot checks, stock audits, and effective inventory management. Clean & Tidy Site: Oversee site maintenance, including the development and monitoring of checklists, to ensure standards exceed a target cleanliness rating (e.g., > 81). Leverage stock counts, regular inspections, and training to maintain an organised, safe, and efficient workspace. Outbound Operations Store Uptime: Ensure 100% store uptime through efficient labour scheduling, proactive monitoring, and contingency planning for absence management. Training & Development: Oversee rider training and upskilling processes, achieving a high pass/fail rate for new potential stock operations candidates, and supporting team development initiatives. Manager Support: Foster a supportive work environment by maintaining regular communication, education initiatives, and team development activities to ensure team engagement and motivation. Key Metrics and Performance Indicators Measured By: Spot checks on stock locations and consumables levels. Site inspection scores for cleanliness and organisation. Hours of store uptime versus target. Pass/fail rates on process adherence and upskilling following training. Team pulse survey responses. About You Proven experience: 1-2 years in a leadership role within fast-paced environments such as warehousing, retail, or logistics. Detail-orientated: Strong focus on accuracy and process adherence. Problem solver: Ability to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues. Team leadership: Skilled at motivating, training, and managing diverse teams to achieve consistent results. Organised & proactive: You thrive in dynamic environments and take a hands-on approach to managing operational targets. Technologically proficient: Familiarity with inventory management systems, operational software, and data reporting tools. Adaptable: Ready and willing to work shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
