Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and complete Planned Maintenance and Calibration according to schedule.
* Collaborate with equipment owners and other departments to ensure best practice outputs. Work under the guidance of Coaches and Maintenance Sustaining Engineers to apply lean tools to process data and complete improvements.
* Serve as the point-of-contact for new equipment and/or modifications to existing equipment.
* Provide support with audit/inspection requirements to ensure department compliance/readiness. Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
* Drive continuous improvement, perform root cause analysis on system failures and substandard equipment performance, using standard tools and methods, to resolve machine and system issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related Science, Engineering, or Technical discipline.
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience in maintenance engineer/engineering role within a maintenance/engineering organization of manufacturing facility (preferably GMP).
* Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to Irish, European, and International Codes, Standards, and Practices.
* Understanding of sterile filling processes and equipment.
* Knowledge in Autoclaves, Washers, SKIDS, Vessels is an advantage.
* Knowledge of cGMP and GDP preferred.
Estimated Salary
€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
