Job Title: Site Lead
We are a highly experienced Global Sourcing Specialists in Industrial Supplies. We currently deal with numerous high-profile multinationals, delivering a specialist service that requires an exceptional admin team in our head office to support our on-site experts. We have built strong relationships with our clients and suppliers, maintaining those through effective communication.
We are currently recruiting a Site Lead for our client site in Virginia Cavan.
This role reports to the Area Manager. The main function of the role is to support the client in all aspects of store management. The role requires excellent store knowledge and strong procurement skills.
Role Responsibilities
1. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
2. Liaising with Engineers and other Client staff
3. Attending weekly KPI meetings and updating client reports as required
4. Managing all aspects of store operations, including cycle counting
5. Sourcing supplies for clients and providing quotes
6. Acquiring purchase orders from clients to support quotes
7. Creating sales orders
8. Matching client purchase orders to sales orders and dispatching invoices
9. Ordering from suppliers and providing purchase order numbers
10. Monitoring all open orders and following up on delayed items
11. Informing clients of delays or issues through daily, weekly, and monthly reports
12. Adhering to strict deadlines with timely and accurate information
13. Supporting the store team as required
14. Performing some planning duties
15. Carrying out other ad hoc duties as needed
Candidate Profile
1. Strong procurement background with excellent administrative skills
2. Experience in Food & Beverage, Pharma, or GMP environments is advantageous
3. Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Maximo, or Oracle is essential
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Strong interpersonal skills and telephone manner
7. Fluency in English; confident in dealing with clients and vendors
8. Flexible approach to all aspects of the role
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential
