Key Roles & Responsibilities: To work as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Flexibility to work varying times on shift work. Following the hotels service procedures and management instructions. Full product knowledge of all food and drinks menus, finding upselling opportunities to maximise hotel revenues. Using the POS system, taking orders, delivering food, clearing tables. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness of equipment and to all work areas. Demonstrate an efficient and courteous approach to guests and communicate in a warm, friendly manner. Recognise repeat customers and deliver personalised service accordingly.
