We are looking for a Recruiter – German speaking to join a vibrant team in Dublin. What You’ll Do:
1. End-to-End Recruitment : Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to hiring, focusing on the German-speaking markets.
2. Sourcing Talent : Use a variety of platforms (social media, LinkedIn, job boards) to identify both active and passive candidates.
3. Build Talent Pools : Establish and maintain a pipeline of candidates for critical roles in the German-speaking regions.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers and department heads to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
5. Conduct Interviews : Interview candidates to assess their skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
6. Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience : Guide candidates through the recruitment process with timely communication and feedback.
7. Promote Employer Branding : Help enhance the company’s reputation in the German-speaking markets.
8. Stay Compliant : Manage recruitment activities in line with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
9. Market Insights : Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
10. Report Progress : Keep management informed of hiring progress, KPIs, and challenges.
What You Bring:
11. Language Skills : Fluent in German (written and spoken) and proficient in English .
12. Recruitment Experience : At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, particularly for German-speaking roles.
13. Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
14. Proactive Sourcing : Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
15. Organisational Skills : The ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
16. Cultural Awareness : Familiarity with cultural nuances and employment laws in the German market.
17. Tech-Savvy : Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools.
