Brief description of the role:
Oversight of a team of 4 administrative staff who book appointments. This involves ensuring appointments are booked appropriately, managing clinics to capacity guidelines and booking appointments as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with appointment booking and inputting referrals as needed.
* Auditing all team work to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Completing time returns and submitting KPI data.
* Deputizing for the service manager as necessary.
