Resident Engineer (Water) Role
You will provide supervision and management on a programme of work to deliver new and upgrade water network improvements in the South Dublin area.
This role requires previous experience in either the design or construction of watermain upgrades and rehabilitation techniques, leakage repair etc.
Responsibilities:
* Site supervision of water projects with at least 7-10 years' satisfactory postgraduate experience in on-site supervision, contract administration, and project management of civil engineering works, to include clean water projects.
* A Degree in a related discipline such as Civil Engineering.
* Writing clear and concise reports and keeping works records.
* Strong knowledge and experience of Health and Safety procedures and regulations.
* Satisfactory knowledge of construction contracts, particularly FIDIC and Public Works forms of contract.
* Possession of a current and valid SafePass card and Confined Spaces training is desirable.
You will also have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to act within a team at all times.
Travel may be involved, so flexibility regarding travel arrangements is required.
