Duties & Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the Step Change Project, ensuring it meets its objectives and timelines.
Control Assessment
Ensure we deliver an effective control environment which mitigates our financial risks.
Risk Management
Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Continuous Improvement
Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project management processes and outcomes.
Skills & Experience
Project Management Expertise
Proven experience in delivering finance change activity, preferably within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Insurance Knowledge
Experience in life or general insurance under IFRS and Solvency II is desirable.
Risk & Controls
Proven experience in risk and controls would be beneficial.
Problem-Solving
The ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
