About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage the successful delivery of complex projects. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining project scope, developing and executing project plans, and tracking progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Mitigate project risks, address issues proactively, and implement effective change management strategies.
* Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Project Manager, varying dependent on level (2+ years junior, 4-6 years mid-level, 7+ years senior).
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
