About the Role:
You will take ownership of a book of business within Real Estate and Construction, including LDI.
As the main contact for significant corporate accounts, you will ensure top-tier service and act as an advocate for clients' needs.
You will build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients from a broad spectrum of organisations, including main contractors, specialist sub-contractors, residential and commercial property developers, asset managers, and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main contact for significant corporate accounts, ensuring top-tier service and acting as an advocate for clients' needs.
* Building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients.
* Deliver enhanced service opportunities, risk management, and tailored insurance objectives for clients.
* Provide strategic oversight of the Corporate Team, guiding day-to-day service delivery and supporting team members in achieving objectives.
* Seek new revenue opportunities through networking and new business activity to drive expansion and growth for the team.
You will be expected to build a wide network of contacts, particularly within Real Estate and Construction, and serve as a role model for associates.

Qualifications
Extensive experience in real estate and construction insurance is required.
Knowledge of latent defects insurance is advantageous.
Experience with account managing real estate owners, funds, and managing agents insurance programmes is essential.
Superb communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture long-lasting positive professional relationships are crucial.
Driven, enthusiastic, and collaborative, focused on impeccable service, and enabling an ever-collaborative team culture is expected.
Strategic thinking skills are necessary.
