Service Department Manager - Cork (Macroom)
We are seeking a commercially minded leader with experience in service operations to lead and expand our nationwide service team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mix of office and client-facing responsibilities, focusing on team management, service efficiency, and business growth.
* Lead and develop a team of five technicians and one office staff member, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction
* Oversee commissioning, annual servicing, and breakdown response for HVAC products, including AHUs, gas heaters, and radiant tube heaters
* Manage service operations across Ireland, winning contracts and optimising workflows-no hands-on maintenance required
* Implement service management software to enhance scheduling, invoicing, and job tracking
* Drive business growth by securing new service contracts and expanding revenue streams
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while optimising team efficiency
About You:
* Proven service management experience, ideally in HVAC or a related industry
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on team development
* Commercial acumen-someone who can chase leads, develop new business, and contribute to increasing service revenue
* Experience with service management software and process improvement
* Full, clean driving license required
