Due to growth & expansion our client, located in Navan, Co.Meath, has an exciting opportunity for the right person.
They are looking to hire a Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Main duties of the role Responsible for driving sales growth within the residential sector.Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key residential clients such as contractors, architects & interior designers.Serve as the primary point of contact for major residential accounts.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to drive growth.Eventually build and lead a high-performing sales team for the residential sector.Mentor and support team members to help them meet and exceed sales targets.Generate leads and manage sales pipelines across various commercial sectors (corporate offices, retail spaces, hotels, etc.
).Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.Track sales performance, analyze trends, and report on results to senior management.Utilize CRM tools and other software to manage client information, sales activities, and forecasts.Fully office-based.
The PersonProven experience in sales, preferably within the residential sector (flooring, doors, joinery or related industries).Strong understanding of residential market dynamics and client needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to create and execute sales strategies.Experience in managing or leading a sales team is a plus.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in CRM tools and sales software.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
