We are looking for a Romanian VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements: Proficiency in English and Romanian both written and spoken Proactive person with good support / sales skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Attention to details Previous experience will be considered as an advantage Duties and Responsibilities: Being able to search and find for solutions of customers' issues Able to analyse customers' behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs Monitor customers' performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting Ensure that products' compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month) We offer excellent benefits: Competitive salary and monthly KPIs Bonus Working in a dynamic International company Ability of career and professional growth within the company Social benefits and team buildings Sunny, spacious office
