Role Overview
This is a senior role within our dynamic team, responsible for managing the financial aspects of our construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
* Manage the financial aspects of projects from inception through to completion.
* Provide accurate cost control and reporting throughout all project phases.
* Negotiate contracts, manage procurement processes, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and industry regulations.
* Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.
* S support project teams to meet deadlines while staying within budget.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the Irish construction industry.
* Proven track record of stability and good tenure in previous roles.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively in a team.
* Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
