We are seeking an established, innovative, and inspiring Revenue Manager for Moxy Hotel Dublin to join our progressive hotel group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing revenue strategies for one or more hotels within our group.
This role entails proactive and strategic revenue management to achieve budgeted sales targets, while evaluating and optimising business opportunities across the MHL Hotel Collection.
The position is based at the Spencer Hotel, home to our cluster reservations and revenue team.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to work in a fast paced and customer focused environment.
The MHL Hotel Collection is a collection of unique and individual hotels in key city and resort locations throughout Ireland.
Our collection comprises of eight hotels in Dublin, one in county Wicklow, three in Galway, one in Limerick and one in Belfast.
The MHL Hotel Collection is the second largest hotel group in Dublin city with over 1,400 bedrooms.
Overall, the MHL Hotel Collection operates over 2,200 bedrooms in the four cities and counties in which it operates.
Moxy Hotels by Marriott is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Revenue Manager to optimize revenue, maximise profitability, and drive market share.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to ensure the hotel achieves its revenue goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities: Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute pricing strategies, inventory control, and distribution channel management to maximize revenue and RevPAR.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Analyse historical data, market trends, and demand forecasts to create accurate revenue projections and budget recommendations.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and performance to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
OTA & Channel Management: Optimize distribution channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, and GDS platforms, to ensure optimal mix and profitability.
Group & Corporate Business: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate group bookings, negotiate contracts, and manage corporate accounts.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager, Sales & Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies with hotel objectives.
Technology Utilization: Leverage revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and business intelligence tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
Marriott Systems Management: Ensure effective utilization of Marriotts revenue management systems, including Marriott One Yield and other proprietary tools, to optimize pricing strategies, maximize revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.
Marriott Standards: Ensure compliance with Marriotts revenue management policies and procedures, maximizing brand standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Hotel revenue management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with revenue management systems (e.g., Marriott One Yield, Duetto, or similar RMS).
Knowledge of distribution channels, GDS, and OTA optimization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analytics tools.
