Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
AIB's in-house Talent Acquisition team are responsible for supporting the bank's internal and external recruitment through a direct sourcing model.
You will partner with hiring managers within a specific business area to attract and target candidates to vacancies, providing market knowledge on sourcing strategies and screening candidates.
Key Accountabilities:
* Recruitment Delivery: Develop effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract qualified candidates, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
* Data Management & Analytics: Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics, tracking performance and making data-driven decisions.
* Employer Branding & Talent Attraction: Promote the organisation at career fairs and conferences, developing recruitment campaigns to showcase AIB as a great place to work.
