This tourism industry leader has a fantastic development opportunity for an HR Business Partner. This role will assist in overall HR management from recruitment and selection through to onboarding, performance management, talent management, compliance, and employee relations.
Key responsibilities within this role include:
1. Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff by providing high-level management and development support.
2. Working alongside the Human Resources Director to deliver key HR initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement.
3. Responsible for delivering HR initiatives, including resourcing, talent management, employee benefits, employee relations, etc.
4. Working in conjunction with finance to deliver accurate payroll information and ensure successful onboarding for all employees.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in HR management within the hospitality/tourism industries, demonstrating:
1. Solid understanding of Irish employment law and employee relations.
2. Understanding of and commitment to best practices.
3. Ability to work as part of a team, manage differences, and negotiate effectively.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the organization.
5. Strong administrative and IT skills with excellent attention to detail.
This role will suit an approachable, proactive, and people-solution-oriented HR professional. It is a hybrid role based in Dublin with two remote days and travel required to team offices based in the UK approximately once a month.
