Avantcard, now trading as Avant Money, is based in Carrick on Shannon, Co Leitrim, with a second office in Sandyford Co. Dublin, and is a leading ‘open market’ consumer finance lender that has been serving Irish consumers for over twenty years, specialising in credit cards and personal loans. Owned by Spanish banking group Bankinter, the business successfully entered the mortgage market in September 2020 under the Avant Money brand. In April 2024 it announced its intention to become a bank to be able to extend its current product offer beyond lending.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support paid media manager in the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, and display.
* Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
* Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
* Work with paid media manager and media agency daily to ensure campaign performance at optimum levels.
* Work in collaboration with data, analytics and reporting colleagues to develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and optmise effectiveness and ROI.
* Develop ongoing road map to test and learn across current and new activity.
* Work closely with the communications and content team to develop compelling creative and content that drives engagement and conversions.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
* Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through digital marketing channels.
* Experience with Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing technology and tools.
* Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to translate into actionable insights to drive performance.
* Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
* Media agency experience an advantage.
