This is an exciting chance to be part of a well-respected retailer that values both its customers and its employees.Responsibilities as Store Manager include:Build a strong, motivated team by providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high performance.Set and communicate sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the team is focused on driving growth and achieving key metrics.Maintain exceptional customer service standards to improve the shopping experience and build customer loyalty.Analyse sales reports and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions on stock, pricing, and overall store performance.Monitor stock loss and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and minimise company costs.Skills and qualities of the Store Manager include:At least five years of retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume store.
