Grade: Associate Director/Director Contract type: PermanentYour key responsibilities as part of the team: Your key focus is to help organisations prepare and ready their Business for the adoption of cloud technologies, including all aspects of strategy, operating model, governance risk & compliance, and change + adoptions etc.This is a transformation - focused role, with a heavier emphasis on Business-centric strategy and roadmap framing, senior stakeholder engagement and influencing, integration with key complimentary capabilities such as risk, compliance, culture & change, service management etc.
Your technical skills allow you to approach these areas with confidence, but are not the primary focus of your role.Be a strong leader and motivator with the ability to build, and lead teams to deliver quality outcomes.Shape, organise, and drive the delivery of programmes/projects.Lead and/or contribute to propositions, proposals, and market focused activity.Drive connections and collaboration with Global KPMG cloud teamsYour experience, skills, and capabilities: Deep experience with Azure and the wider Microsoft platform, with good knowledge of other key Cloud vendors and platformsExperience in developing clear, value-focused, and pragmatic Cloud strategies, roadmaps, and thought leadership for Public and Private sector organisations.Experienced in supporting organisations in their end-to-end cloud journey, overseeing and guiding in conjunction with a range of programme and technical specialists.Focused on Business transformation and enablement through cloud solutions.Familiar with the range of supporting capabilities needed to successfully manage and control cloud capabilities, from Governance, to Security, to Cost Management, and CSP procurement processes.Ability to design and support Cloud Operating models and modern Ops methodologies.Strong problem solver and excellent communicatorYour team: You will be joining a team of over 150 dedicated technology professionals that is has a market reputation for delivering quality outcomes for our clients.
