We' are currently recruiting for an Assistant C&B Manager for a busy hotel located in County Meath. Some of the duties of the role Assist in managing all event operations, including setup, breakdown, and ensuring events adhere to plans and timelines. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing requests, while coordinating with sales and reservations teams to align on client expectations. Lead, train, and support the conference and banqueting team to foster a positive environment and maintain high service standards. Help track budgets, manage labor costs, and oversee inventory, ensuring expenses align with departmental goals. Ensure health, safety, and food standards are met and conduct regular event space inspections to maintain compliance.
