Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and provide the correct parts required for trade, retail, and workshop customers
* Handle telephone, email, and online enquiries efficiently and professionally
* Collaborate with a large team to meet company and departmental objectives
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the Parts Department
* Foster communication and build rapport with other departments to ensure smooth operations
* Enhance and manage the customer database through proactive calls and visits
* Process parts orders using various software systems and DMS (Dealer Management System)
* Manage parts returns to distributors in a timely manner
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience in the motor industry is desirable
* Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
* Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
* A diligent, flexible approach to work and willingness to take on new tasks
* Ability to maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
* Highly motivated and energetic, able to work well under pressure
